RETURN POLICY

We accept returns. You can return unopened boxes within 10 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Please email us at bss@bikestoragesolutions.ca for return shipping information and include your full name, invoice  number and contact number.  If the box has been opened, a 40% restocking fee will be applied in addition to the return shipping costs. Commercial returns are subject to 45% restocking fee. Custom orders are non refundable.  Refunds will be returned on the card used for purchase minus a 10% processing fee or via e-transfer 

 If the any item arrives damaged (dented, badly scratched and or rendered nonfunctional) due to shipping, please email us at bss@bikestoragesolutions.ca within one business day of receiving the delivery for return shipping information. Please include pictures of damage. 

 If you have installed any product following the proper installation steps highlighted in the installation manual provided and the product is deemed to be defective due to a manufacture’s defect (non-operational) and not because of improper installation and or handling during installation, please email us at bss@bikestoragesolutions.ca for return instructions.

 Upon receipt of any deemed manufacturer defective products, we will fully examine and test the products and notify you via email within 5 business days after receiving the unit whether you are entitled to a replacement unit. A replacement unit will be shipped out to you at no extra cost. 

If the unit is deemed not to have any manufacture’s defects after testing, but it has been assessed that the problems incurred was due to either to improper installation and or improper operation of the PARKIS unit; you will be notified via email and the unit will be shipped back to you and additional shipping charges will applied to your original method of payment or billed to you directly by the shipper.  If you would like a refund on a manufacturer defective unit, shipping costs will be deducted from your return amount.

Exchange Policy

 We only do exchanges on products that are defective (originating from the manufacturer) and confirmed defective by Bike Storage Solutions Inc. or damaged during shipping. Please email us at bss@bikestoragesolutions.ca for return instructions. Please include your name, invoice or order number and contact number.

General Information

 All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Delivery Location

 Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses on the order. We also accept orders from international customers; additional shipping charges will be applied.

Delivery Time

 An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

 Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to the shopping cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in Canadian dollars.  We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders, including without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent order, we will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or design of the products on our website. We have made efforts to ensure the colour and design of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website.

 Bike Storage Solutions Inc. is not liable for injury from improper installation of the products. Installation and operation instructions are provided for safe and secure installation and operation. Supervision of children while mounting and dismounting bicycles from the products is advised. BSS is not liable for injury incurred due to improper use.
